Eastridge Pacific Properties – Orchard Park, Sequoia Springs & Siskiyou Springs
The above named Eastridge Pacific Assisted Living facilities were placed into a Court ordered receivership on November 30, 2023 by the California Superior Court – County of Alameda.
A free and clear sale of Eastridge Pacific’s facilities was approved by the Court and closed on December 31, 2024. The receivership is in the process of being closed out with a Final Accounting Report being filed, and the Court setting a hearing date in the near future to approve the close out of the receivership. Please see this page for updates and links to filings.
As part of the sale, proceeds go first to the secured priority lender, who was not made whole by the sale proceeds. Unfortunately, because of this, there are no remaining funds in the receivership estate and vendors with unpaid invoices and claims will not be receiving any further payments. Additionally, the buyer did not assume the liabilities of Eastridge Pacific facilities.
If you believe that any of your unpaid invoices and/or claims have a priority status or are secured claims, please provide support for such claims to EP-AsstLiving@ethreeadvisors.com. If you plan to dispute the Receiver’s Final Accounting, you will need to file an objection with the Court no later than nine (9) court days before the hearing date or the deadline set by the Court.
Final Accounting Hearing:
Any party wishing to object to the Ex Parte must do so no later than March 26, 2025 by filing a copy of their objection with the Alameda County Superior Court and serving a copy on the Receiver at Jennifer Hayes, Finestone Hayes LLP, 456 Montgomery St., Suite 1300, San Francisco, CA 94104 and jhayes@fhlawllp.com.
