Alica Herren

Ms. Herren served as Director for Douglas Wilson companies (DWC) for over eleven (11) years prior to joining E3. Ms. Herren has a background in administration, project coordination, asset management, and project management. Ms. Herren has extensive experience in the industry having managed projects throughout the United States, including commercial properties (gas station, ski resort, retail center and regional mall), residential communities (multi-family, single-family and unfinished lots), condominiums, vacant land, entitlements and due diligence. Most notably, Ms. Herren handled asset management and oversaw the sale of the 2,700 acre Dillingham Ranch in Hawaii, which included an equestrian riding and boarding facility, and public water system.

Prior to DWC, Ms. Herren served as a legal assistant for over ten (10) years and as asset manager for Kennedy Wilson after their purchase of the Dillingham Ranch property.
