Eden Hughes

Ms. Hughes joined E3 Advisors in 2020. She brings with her 20 years of retail and restaurant operations experience. Most notably, with Whole Foods Market as the San Diego-based Metro Associate Store Team Leader, where she helped to oversee multiple stores in the county. This included the combined management of 50,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space, 500 employees, and the generation of over $50 million in gross annual sales per location. While studying Psychology at the University of Rhode Island, she was a Direct Support Professional for Perspectives Corporation, assisting teenagers and adults with physical and developmental disabilities at work, at school, and in their communities. Before university, Ms. Hughes worked for her family-owned company, Data Collection Services, which specialized in preparing foreclosed properties for auction and preserving historic homes in Providence, Rhode Island. In the industry, she has considerable experience in retail, residential, and vacation property management, as well as personal property sales and liquidation.

Ms. Hughes is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and a certified court-ordered California Family Visitation Monitor. She serves on the Advisory Board for San Diego-run non-profit, The Berry Good Food Foundation, where she volunteers to help build relationships between local and cross-border farmers, chefs, and citizens through sustainable food system advocacy and education.
